These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern all bookings, services, and agreements related to day tours and half-day tours offered by CV BALI KARU (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”). By booking a tour with us, you agree to these Terms, which are legally binding and form the basis for all bookings.

1. Direct Bookings: Bookings can be made directly through our website by completing the booking form or by contacting our customer service via email or phone.
2. Third-Party Bookings: If you book a tour through a third-party provider, their terms and conditions may apply in addition to these Terms. However, our Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise by us in a written confirmation.
3. Confirmation: Your booking is considered binding once you receive a booking confirmation from us or the third-party provider. Only the information provided by us is considered binding; third-party information requires separate, written confirmation from us.

1. Payment Methods: Payments can be made in cash, via PayPal, or with credit cards (MasterCard and Visa).
2. Transaction Fees: For payments made via PayPal or credit cards, a transaction fee may apply, as indicated in the booking confirmation. No additional fees will be charged after the booking has been confirmed.

2. Inclusions: All prices include the services specified in the tour program, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Taxes and Fees: Prices include service charges and applicable taxes.
4. Third-Party Costs: We are not liable for any additional prices, fees, or charges imposed by third-party providers.

1. Cancellation Process: Cancellations must be made in writing or via electronic communication and are subject to our cancellation policy.
2. Cancellation Policy:
   
   • Up to 1 day before the scheduled service: No cancellation fees apply.
   • From 1 day before the scheduled service: A 40% cancellation fee applies. You can avoid this fee by rescheduling the tour to another available date. However, if the rescheduled tour is canceled, the 40% fee applies.
   • No Show An 90% cancellation fee applies.
3. Provider Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation by the Provider due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make efforts to offer alternative options or provide a refund according to our refund policy.

1. Right to Modify: The Provider reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, local holidays, or instructions from local authorities.
2. Alternative Options: In such cases, we will strive to offer alternative options or a refund as per our refund policy.

The Provider is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the tour unless they result from gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Provider.

These Terms and all bookings are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

1. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
